Add or Remove Venues from EnCloud configuration for Lime Portfolio Print

When a venue is added to Lime, it must also be added to the EnCloud collection:

If a venue needs to be removed:

First, remove the venue from the EnCloud collection.
Then ask Zac or Leo to raise a dev ticket so the developers can run the script to fully remove it.
Lime will usually give us plenty of notice when a venue is coming out, so please liaise with Zac or Leo before the removal date so we can coordinate with the devs and ensure everything is completed on time.

The removal script will:

Delete EnCloud settings and CRO configuration for venues not in this collection
Insert EnCloud settings for venues in this collection
Add CRO for venues in this collection
