GRATIS & HubSpot



  • To integrate GRATIS with HubSpot please browse to Company Preferences -> Integrations. 


  • Click Integrate GRATIS and Hubspot




  • The link redirects you to HubSpot where you are prompted to log in and authorise the GRATIS HubSpot Application to access your HubSpot data. 




  • Once access has been granted you will then need to go back to the Company preferences and select which features you would like to sync, any companies or contacts that have ‘Synch With GRATIS’ set to ‘Yes’ will be mapped. 




  • If you then click the refresh buttons the Synch will re-run




  • Switching these modules on or refreshing them triggers a background process that gathers HubSpot Companies and Contacts and tries to map them with GRATIS equivalents, this can take over 5 minutes to run so please be patient


  • The process tries mapping in this order:
  1. Employees

  2. Clients

  3. Contacts




Employees and HubSpot Users

  • Hubspot doesn’t provide a suitable way to easily map Employees and HubSpot users, therefore, you will have to create the Employee in HubSpot and GRATIS, then click the Refresh button on the integrations tab to sync the two. Employees are mapped by email address and changes to profiles in either system will not be reflected in the other.
