Lime Venues Portfolio is a company which manages a group of venues under the brand name of Lime Venues.

This document attempts to provide an overview of how Lime utilises the services provided by venuedirectory.com



 

  • There are around 90 venues in the Lime Portfolio collection


  • All of the venues are on venuedirectory.com and all venues can receive enquiries from agents via GRATIS


  • The Lime central reservations office handle the enquiry responses for around 60 of the venues in the LIme portfolio collection. These enquiries are sent from the GRATIS agents via Encloud directly to Lime's CRO email address: enquiries@limevenueportfolio.com.


  • The remainder of the venues in the portfolio receive the enquiries directly to their venue email address





EnCloud - a brief overview:



  • EnCLoud - short for Enquiry Cloud is a middleman to third party applications and is also used to connect GRATIS agents to GRATIS agents. Agent to agent is how it is used for Lime Venues Portfolio


  • At the request of a GRATIS user, we can configure the GRATIS instance to be what we call 'EnCloud enabled'


  • When a GRATIS instance is EnCloud enabled any enquiries that contain venues in the Lime EnCloud collection will land in Lime's GRATIS instance as a new enquiry.



Below is an example of how the agent to agent part works 


  • Easy Tiger's GRATIS instance is EnCloud Enabled


  • The below screenshot shows a new enquiry that Easy Tiger has created with the ref number ETE4390/1.


  • Within the venue list there is one venue that is part of the LIme Encloud collection, 'Northampton Saints Events'

 

  • The other venues in this enquiry are nothing to do with Lime.


  • When Easy Tiger send out the enquiry via the 'contact venues' button the enquiry for Northampton Saints Events will be sent directly to Lime via EnCloud and it will land in Lime's GRATIS instance as a new enquiry LVE50471/1from Easy Tiger 




  • The originating ref number from the source agent, in this case, ETE4390/1, is carried across to Lime and placed in the 'your ref ' field as in the screenshot below.






  • The enquiry will also land in Lime's version of MEC.


  • Lime venues central reservations desk will either send the request to the venue for completion using the 'contact venues' button or the Lime CRO will respond to the enquiry themselves, usually through MEC


  • When the enquiry response has been completed the Lime CRO will press the 'Submit EnCloud Response' button on the venues tab to send the enquiry response back to the source (Easy Tiger) 





  • The enquiry response is then sent back to Easy Tiger and the status of the booking in Easy Tiger changes to the appropriate option status.

Lime CRO venues collection


All of the venues in the above collection are configured so that enquiries go directly to the central reservations office at Lime no matter which agent they come from. These will not land in GRATIS unless the source agent's GRATIS instance is EnCloud enabled but in Lime's version of MEC.


If an agents GRATIS instance has been EnCloud enabled any enquiry sent to any of the venues in the above collection will land in Lime's GRATIS instance as a new enquiry - as in the example provided above.
