This document will guide you through processing the Missing Venue Groups from the TVD quality Report

  • To update Missing Venue Groups you will need to click on the task for this report.  This report shows any venues on the system that aren't attached to a brand/group on the system. 



  • Details of the task will now appear on the screen and this will explain further about this task. In the venue description, there should be a link to a Google Sheet which will show the venue listings that need to be updated. 



  • Once the sheet has opened it will show all of the venues that aren't attached to a brand/group with some basic venue details.  A brand/group  will then need to be added to each of these venues.



  • To update the venue's brand/group, the first step is to find the venue listing in MyEventsChannel. 



  • To update a venue's group/brand this will need to be updated on the Brands & Affiliations tab. 



  • The Key Group will need to be updated. To check a venue's brand/group you can check on the venue's website. If we don't have the venue's group listed or the venue isn't part of a group/brand then Independent venue can be selected. 


  • To update the venue's group/brand click on the drop down menu for Key Group and starting typing the venue group name to select from the drop down menu or independent venue if needed. 



  • Once updated don't forget to press save! 



  • The missing venue group will now be updated for this venue and the missing information will now be updated on MyEventsChannel.
