This document will guide you through processing the Invalid Postcodes from the TVD quality Report

- To update Invalid Currency you will need to click on the task for this report. This report shows any venues on the system that have been flagged as having Invalid postcodes.
- Details of the task will now appear on the screen and this will explain further about this task. In the venue description, there should be a link to a Google Sheet which will show the venue listings that need to be updated.
- Once the sheet has opened it will show all of the venues that have flagged up as having an invalid currency with some basic venue details.
- To update the venue's invalid currency, the first step is to find the venue listing in MyEventsChannel.
- To update a venue's currency this will need to be updated on the General Information tab.
- The Location tab will then need to be selected to be able to update the venue's address details to ensure that the venue's address details are correct to ensure that the correct currency is selected for each venue.
- The address can then be updated within this section of the venue profile. Before updating the address, the venue's address will need to checked using Google or the venue's website to ensure the venue's address is correct.
- Once the address is updated the venue's currency should now be updated also.
- It is worth checking using google to ensure the currency displayed is the correct currency for that country. A country's currency can be checked using Google. If the venue's currency is still showing incorrectly this will then need to be manually changed.
- To manually change a venue's currency this will need to be done on the venue's 'Admin Only' page.
- On the Admin Only page there is a section called Currency and there will a Currency Override and this will need to be changed to Yes.
- There will also be a drop-down menu where the correct currency can be selected. Once you have found the correct currency this can be selected from the drop-down menu.
- After selecting the correct currency from the drop down menu, remember to press Save!
- The currency for this venue will now be updated.
- If the correct currency isn't available on the drop-down menu then a ticket will need to be raised for this currency to be added to our system.
