This document will guide you through processing the Zero Max Capacities from the TVD quality Report

- To update Zero Max Capacities you will need to click on the task for this report. This report shows any venues on the system that have been flagged as having Invalid counties or countries.
- Details of the task will now appear on the screen and this will explain further about this task. In the venue description, there should be a link to a Google Sheet which will show the venue listings that need to be updated.
- Once the sheet has opened it will show all of the venues that have flagged up as having zero maximum capacities with some basic venue details. The maximum capacities will need to be updated.
- To update the venue's maximum capacity, the first step is to find the venue listing in MyEventsChannel.
- To update a venue's maximum capacity this will need to be updated on the Conference Rooms tab.
- The Overall Capacities tab will then need to be selected to be able to update the venue's maximum capacity.
- The maximum capacity can then be updated within this section of the venue profile. Before updating you will need to checked using Google or the venue's website for the venue's maximum capacity. The venue's maximum capacity is for their largest conference room.
- If you are unable to find a venue's maximum capacities online you can contact the venue via telephone.
- If you are unable to contact by telephone then you add the venue's maximum as; Total Meeting Rooms as 1 and Max Conference Capacity as 10.
- Once this has been updated please press save to ensure the information is saved!
- The maximum capacities will now be updated and this will correct the venue's data on the system.
