GRATIS & myeventschannel.com from Venue Directory provides a solution for planners to send their meeting and event RFPs to targeted venues. Planners in GRATIS & myeventschannel.com use their preferences to match best fit venues for their event. GRATIS & myeventschannel.com RFPs help the venue sales team win more business as GRATIS & myeventschannel.com RFPs convert at higher rate due to the unique/ proprietary pre-qualifying algorithm and best fit process.
The MeetingBroker integration with GRATIS & myeventschannel.com provide the additional advantage for venues by allowing venues to manage the RFPs within the system they use every day to manage all their RFPs from varied sources.

Step2. MeetingBroker Receiver responds to RFP
When the receiver at the hotel receives the Venue Directory lead they are expected to view the lead and take action on the lead. Receivers in MeetingBroker will either Turndown the RFP or send a Proposal on the RFP.

When receiver in MeetingBroker turns down the RFP this action is reflected in Venue Directory under the Booking Option Status field.

Receiver Proposal process
When receiver in MeetingBroker sends a proposal on the RFP this action directs the venue into the Venue Directory proposal page for the hotel.

Step 3. GRATIS & myeventschannel.com Planner reviews proposal and Awards or Rejects proposal
The sender of the lead will be notified via GRATIS & myeventschannel.com when a proposal is received and is then able to review the proposal in GRATIS & myeventschannel.com and either award the lead or reject the proposal.
