If we get an email from someone at MIA (anyone with @mia-uk.org) to add MIA Member or an Aim secure accreditation to a venue or remove one the please go ahead and do this. Then respond back to the person who emailed and let them know it has been done.
If we get an email from a venue or anyone other than MIA to ADD/REMOVE MIA Member or an Aim secure accreditation, check the listing to see if the changes have already been made, if so leave it as is and close the ticket. If the venue does not have MIA Member already listed then please contact janeo@mia-uk.org to ask if this is correct and if you can go ahead and make the changes requested.
Please note if you have received this request from a venue in a brand notification in Freshdesk such as the below, check if the listing already has MIA Member or the aim accreditation listed and if so you can close the ticket. If it has not already been added to the listing then again please contact janeo@mia-uk.org to ask if this is correct and if you can go ahead and make the changes requested.
You can place the ticket in waiting customer or pending (whichever you will remember to check) until we get a response from Aim to confirm. Of course, as always you can chase this after a few days if we have not heard back.
