The green box will display when the tool has last been synced. This tool syncs  with MEC and a Regus API.

The blue box displays how many venues have been mapped.

The orange box displays how many venues are left to map.

The red box shows many venues that have already been mapped but have issues.

Health Check

The first tab shows venues in various categories which need to be checked within MEC. The tool will have synced with the MIA API and these are any differences that we have between the two systems.

Mapped venues with group mismatch

The venues listed within this category are venues that the MIA are now telling us need to be looked at in terms of their accreditations.  These venues  will then need to be updated within MEC.  The next step is open up MEC and update the venue accreditations if necessary.

You will then need to go the Brands & Affiliations tab where you can amend any branding, affiliations or accreditations for that venue.

Then you will need to click on Affiliation/Association tab.

On this tab you are able to add/amend any affiliations for that venue.

Mapped Venue

The mapped venue tab shows all venues that have been successfully mapped using the MIA mapping tool. If you want to search for a venue to check if it has been mapped you can do this by using the Filter field and typing in the venue name.

This will display the results of your search.

If you wish to unmap any of the venues this can be done by clicking on Remove Match.

New Venues

The last tab in the mapping tool is New Venues.  On this tab you will be able to see a list of MIA  venues waiting to be mapped.

On this tab you will be able to see any venues & any potential matches that the venues can be mapped too.

On the left hand side is the third party data provided by the MIA.

On the right hand side is any potential matches using data already in our system. The potential matches will be shown either by; Postcode Match, Name Match or Address Match.  If any of these are highlighted green then the system is saying that this is a match.

To match a venue you will click on match and this will then match the venue. Once the venue is matched it show like this in the mapping tool;

If the venue isn't on the system then the venue will need to be added.

Once the venue has been successfully mapped it will appear like this.

The page will then need to be refreshed and the venue will remove itself from this list and the number of unmapped venues will reduce.

If the venue isn't already on the system the venue will need to be added, if it needs to be added please follow the below instructions;
