Sometimes venues don't want to be added because they think they will get enquiries from agents that they don't want to deal with so we have a method of adding them and making them private to an agent but if the venue is already set to be private to one agent we aren't able to make it private to two agents so we have this method to ensure that when agents are searching for venues the venue in question shows up at the end of the search results which would ensure agents do not select the venue for enquiries.

You need to fill out the columns A , B, C , D, E. The list automatically runs every morning on a Monday, Any issues with it David is the one who deals with it. If there's any A listings on there he will let me know and if anything changes in rows F G H.

If you wish to remove one just delete the row and the next time the job is done it will put it back to normal.
