Regus Venues ( IWG Venues )



Venue Support 

All Regus venues have a full listing on our systems. These need to be added into the Group subscription for the upgrade to take place. 


When adding a venue to the Regus Brand, please ensure that on completion the venue name and Venue ID is passed to the Revenue Manager.


Please ensure that the venue is built to a good standard.


Do NOT manually upgrade the venue.



Revenue Manager


In the Subscriptions Tab:


  • Ensure that the Account Manager and Sales Person is set as the Head of Venue Sales and Group Renewals. 

  • Tick the Commission Model flag and press save.


In Endeavour:

  • Open the Current subscription, select add provider and add the the new venue

  • Source - Other

  • Type - New Sale

  • Enhanced Listing Only 







Add a discount of 100% and confirm the updated subsections 


Within the main subscription

Ensure that the Salesperson is correct 

Update discount to 100%

Confirm the Subscription


Go to scheduled jobs and CANCEL the Commission Invoice Creation once the renewal has created
