When an enquiry is sent via EnCloud only the Source GRATIS Agent enquiry is used in Stats and not the Target GRATIS Agent (Lime).
The Enquiry page pulls data from a different place and if you look at the Client you can see the Source GRATIS Agent. EnCloud creates 2 enquiries for each booking, one from the Source Agent to the Target Agent and one from the Target Agent to the venue.
We only use the Source enquiry in stats because they are the Agent that will charge commission etc
