Venuedirectory.com offers a variety of training sessions across a number of our products, all training is conducted via a webinar that lasts between 20-50 mins and is available to all our subscribed venues.

To book onto a training session, simply choose from the dates in the Training calendar and submit the form.
Once submitted, you will receive a calendar invitation with details on how to join the training session.

Introduction to www.myeventschannel.com
Duration: 40-50 mins
This session is recommended for newly subscribed venues and also suitable for venues who either have new joinees or want to re-train their team on using the platform at its best. This session will cover all the aspects of myeventschannel.com along with how to respond to your enquiries.
Instant Book Training
Duration: 30 mins
This training session is recommended for venues who’s widget is set up and ready to go.
You will learn how to add, edit and delete your rates from the calendar. How to add your food, beverages and equipment on the system and set up promo codes.
We will also run through how to activate your STRIPE account on the system.
Instant Book Training with Client Journey
Duration: 40-50 mins
This is an End to End demonstration of our Instant Book Tool.
We will demonstrate what your clients see once your widget is set up and take you through step by step how it works and the benefits to you.
We will also cover how you add and maintain your rates using myeventschannel.com portal.
Everything Images
Duration: 30 mins
Using good quality images on your venue listing will help your venue stand out from the crowd. This bite size session will show you why it is important to keep your images up to date and how to add, edit and delete your images.
Adding Conference rooms
Duration: 30 mins
We will show you how you can add and edit your conference rooms.
We will also explain why this is so important and how these details can pull through on to your enquiry responses making responding to enquiries easier.
Super Admin
Duration: 30 mins
This session is for users that have been selected as the Super Admin user for their venue/s.
The training will detail what the Super Admin has access to and details what they are responsible for.
RFP Responses
Duration: 30 mins
This session will cover the importance of answering the client and global questions. It will also include how to add and edit the answers at both venue and group level depending on the user access they have.
Training in this area will be expanded as we continue to release these new features.
Responding to Enquiries
Duration: 30 Mins
This training session is solely focussed on how to respond to enquiries.
You do not need any previous knowledge of myeventschannel.com but it would be useful to have a broad understanding of how the systems work.
The session will cover all aspects of completing and submitting the enquiries and where to access all their enquiries.
