Only add an employee if we get authorisation from the senior team member at the agent, they must verify
To add a new Employee click on Setup in the top right-hand corner and then Employee Profiles.
Click Add on the right-hand side and fill out the fields with New Empolyee’s details. The new user can reset their own password so you can use something simple when creating it

The Address tab will use the Company’s address by default and the Permissions for the new user can be set by the Admin.
