Click on Setup on the top right-hand corner and then Employee Profiles.



Select the employee that needs their signature to be added or adjusted.



At the bottom of the page you will find the Email Signature where you can add/adjust the signature. If they need an image/logo to be added to it you are going to need to create a web link of an image file and once you have the link, you can simply add it to the signature by clicking on the image icon.




You will get a pop up where you can paste in the link of the image you have created or you have copied from another user’s signature.
