Several venues within the IHG portfolio are now coming under IHG into a central renewal which will take place in December.
Some of these venues are currently out of the renewal date and will need to be brought in line with the central renewal date by pro-rata.
IHG have requested that they be given an approximate renewal figure based on a 12 month subscription. Graham has prepared a spreadsheet and we will need to support him by inputting the rate for each venue based on a 12 month subscription.
We will need to go through the spreadsheet by venue and check that the number of bedrooms and maximum capacity theatre style is correct. We will then need to cross reference this with the rate card table on the spreadsheet to find the correct rate we need to charge for that venue.
This can be found by checking the number of bedrooms and the maximum capacity theatre style in the largest room, theatre style. Please see below example rate card from 2018 for an example of how to calculate the rate.

Some groups do have a discount applied, in this instance we are not applying the discount when completing the rate. We are also only applying the Enhanced Listing rate, not the rate for Instant Book or the commission only rate. The rate for any International venue will be the same as the rate for UK venues.
