To process these tickets you need to :


  • Locate the venue on MEC
  • Go into the Admin Only section
  • Click on the Third Party ID tab
  • Remove any codes that have been added for NYS and Capita (is there are any)
  • Add the new Agiito third party ID
  • Save the page
  • Repeat this for each venue in the email
  • IF the venue isn't on the system you MUST load it as a basic listing and add the code
