Amazon Ordering
To make an Amazon order, please go to Amazon and click on Sign in in the top right hand corner.
Once the Sign In page has loaded, please enter the below details to be able to log into the Amazon account. Firstly, you will need to use your email address and press continue.
Email Address - venuesupport@venuedirectory.com
Next, you will need to use the below password and click on sign in.
Password - Hsgsyet71!
Now you will be logged into the Amazon Business account and be ready to start making an order.
If you are trying to order something that is a product that the company regularly orders, the best place to find this product to order again is click on Lists on the top right hand side of the page.
Once this page has loaded, you will need to select the Re-ordering list, which is under Shared with your groups and TVD Purchasing and is called Re-order List.
You should now have a list of all the products that we have previously brought. Please select the required products form this list by clicking Add to Basket and amending the required quantity.
This product will now be added to your basket.
Repeat this step for all the required products from this list.
If any products that you need to order aren't on the Re-Order list, please search for these items using the search bar above. Once you have searched for the required product, please click on the search results most suitable.
Once the results have loaded, please select the product that you wish to buy
You will then need to Add to Basket.
You will then need to repeat this step for all products that you need to order.
Once you have added all of the required items to your basket, you will need to access your Shopping Basket by clicking on the shopping basket icon in the top right hand corner.
Once you have checked and are happy with your order, please click on Proceed to Checkout.
In order to checkout this order, you will need to follow the next steps.
The group that you need to choose is TVD Purchasing.
For Business order Information, please add the date of the order as the PO Number and then press Continue.
For the Delivery Address, please select the chosen address;

Once you have chosen the address, please click on Use this address.
For the payment method, please select the payment details that are already saved and click on use this payment.
The next step is to click on Submit Order for Approval. This will then send a notification to a manager, who will then be able to approve this order.
Your order will now have been submitted for approval.
Any managers who are set up to approve orders will receive the below email, asking them to approve the order
They will also receive an email to to be able to verify the payment
Once the order has been approved, an email will be sent to the Venue Support inbox, notifying us that the order has been approved
If any items have been rejected, these will also show on this email
We will also get another email; to show that the payment has been verified
Once the order has been approved and the payment has been verified, the order will now be live and you will then receive emails to say that the order has been dispatched.
