There is a new feed on www.venuedirectory.com - Venue Verdict OPI
Venue Verdict is an independent, impartial event planner feedback programme provided by BDRC.
Participating venues survey every customer after their meeting or event and an Overall Performance Index (OPI) is calculated based on that feedback. (When this was launched, all venues were contacted by BDRC and advised they would be opted in to the programme unless they responded to opt out.)
Only scores of over 60% are published on venuedirectory.com
We take the data feed directly from BDRC.
Should you receive calls, emails or chats from venues asking about the data, please explain what it is and why it is displaying on their listing.
Should a venue ask for the data to be removed, please advise that venues can choose to opt out by contacting BDRC directly.
