This help document will explain the process for Lime Venue Portfolio and how to add & remove venues from their collection & update the brand.

Agents will send enquiries to Lime Venue Portfolio venues using encloud so managing their venues is done slightly differently to usual clients using our API feed.

Add a venue to Lime Venue Portfolio:

Step 1) 

To add a venue to Lime Venue Portfolio first add the brand to 'Brands & Affiliations section. This may be set as the key Brand or Other Brand.

If it is an independent venue then add Lime Venue Portfolio as the key group, however, if there is already a key group then add Lime Venue Portfolio to 'other groups and brands'. 

Step 2) 

Add the venue to the Lime Venue Collections - there is one collection that feeds GRATIS, and a second collection that connects to Encloud. Add venue to both collections unless told otherwise. 

Click on the collection to add and click Save.

Step 3) 

Once the venue has been added to the collections you will need to inform GRATIS, this is because the developers need to run a script to make the collections work. The person you will need to inform is Chris Frith, please forward him the email from Lime Venue Portfolio with their request and ask Chris to run the script on the date lime has provided. Lime will usually email us a week or so before they the day they want the venue added to their collections. Give Chris the venue name and TVD ID

Step 4) 

Add the cluster 'Lime Venue Portfolio Cluster'

Step 5) 

Add any users Lime requests us to add. 

Check that for at least 1 user (must be a generic email e.g. hello@limevenueportoflio) per venue the following must be set up.

To remove a venue from Lime Venue Portfolio:

Step 1) All you need to do is reverse the above steps. 

Step 2) Remove the venue from the branding, cluster and all three collections

Step 3) Use the Google form to write a ticket and then let development know through MEC help in Slack as they will need to run a script to remove the venue from EnCloud. You will need to provide the venue name and TVD ID
