Rebooting IP Phones
If the lights on the phone are Orange you will need to Reboot the phone first.
1. Press the folded back paper icon on the handset
2. Press 12 on the keypad
3. Press OK to “Confirm System Reboot”
Re-provision IP phone
If you are having issues with an IP Phone, try swapping the cables over, plugging into a different socket etc first. But if issues are still being experienced then try the following
1. Press the folded back paper icon on the handset
2. Press 9 on the keypad
3. You will get a menu on the screen, it will have “Current IP”
4. Note down this IP address, and type that into your web browser, it will be something like 192.168.1.56
5. Once on the phone via your browser Hit ADMIN logon on the top right
6. Then advanced on the top right
7. Click on the provisioning tab in the middle
8. Change provision enable to “Yes”
9. Change resync periodic to “5”
10. Resync error retry to “5”
11. Forced resync delay to “5”
12. Then on profile rule paste this link in http://94.199.188.131/pro/p/id/1d6447012449/1d6447012449_30E4DB816082.xml
13. Click on “submit all changes” down the bottom the phone will reboot twice and the phone will be registered.
