Venue Pricing Wizard
For all Basic venues, there will be an option to upgrade using a self-serve tool called the pricing Wizard.
Venues can access the tool in several ways:
Via the Upgrade My Listing button on the MEC Dashboard
Via the dashboard links - see the screenshots below.
They complete the basic information and they will receive a price to upgrade their venue listing. How the venues access the pricing wizard and update their information to obtain a quote is displayed in the video. To see a quick video showing how the Pricing Wizard works click here.
When a venue updates its Maximum Capacity, Number of Bedrooms, Venue Type etc within the Pricing Wizard, this will also update the information in their Venue Profile and an approval will appear in the Approvals queue. (We have had an occasion where some information has been deleted in error, if you see this in the approvals, then please raise this issue with IT.)
These approvals should be checked in the usual way.
