When a group or venue advises us to remove a venue from a group please follow this process.
- Do not action the request , respond to the client advising it's in hand and then assign the ticket to the account manager who will review the sub and make the necessary amendments to the subscription
You can find the account manager by searching for the venue in Endeavour:
- Once the AM has made the necessary amendments it is sent back to CS who then process the request and advise the client.
