When a group or venue advises us to remove a venue from a group please follow this process.


  • Do not action the request , respond to the client advising it's in hand and then assign the ticket to the account manager who will review the sub and make the necessary amendments to the subscription
  • You can find the account manager by searching for the venue in Endeavour:

  • Once the AM has made the necessary amendments it is sent back to CS who then process the request and advise the client.
