All planned closures come through the approval process.


If a planned closure comes through for an Enhanced listing and the closure is for more than one month please follow this process.



  • Approve the planned closure.


  • Create a ticket in Freshdesk detailing the venue name and venue ID number and that they have added a planned closure for x length of time and then assign it to the account manager - you can find the account manager by searching for the venue in Endeavour:



  • The account manager will then amend or cancel the subscription.


*What do we do about venues coming out of planned closure as we don't get a notification about that.
