If you add a venue to a collection that uses the API such as the Westminster collection if the client advises the venues isn't visible to them you must complete these check before escalating to a developer in the Slack API channel.


Adding Venues to Collections in My Events Channel

 

When adding a venue to a collection we need to ensure the following for the venue is correct. All of these can be updated on the Admin Only tab. 

 

The venue is published on MyEventsChannel

 

 

The venue is active and not retired

 

 

The venue is set as public and not private to any GRATIS Agents

 

 

You will also need to check that the venue has been added to the correct collection on the Availability & Collections tab

 

 

If all of these are correct and the venue is still not visible in the collection or through their API then please contact the developers for support.
