In Company Preferences there are 2 email templates one for GRATIS and one for API and in the Filebank is the GRATIS brochure plus a few sample proposals and reporting screenshots:
You can lift this info from VDC or check whether the Client/Contact already exists in VDC and sent the email via the History of the Client as any GRATIS would do.
