If you load an international Best Western venue from any Best Western brand, it must be added to the group “BWH Hotels”.
GRATIS has been configured to send all RFPs for international Best Western venues to groupservice@bwhhotelgroup.com via this group.
When adding the venue in MEC, please follow these steps:
Select “BWH Hotels (Best Western Hotels and Resorts)” as the Key Group.
Do not select any other Groups, Brands, or Ownerships.
✅ This ensures all enquiries are correctly routed and avoids issues with RFP delivery.
