1. Password Reset Email
- Scenario: When a client requests to reset their password.
- Sender Address: do-not-reply@venuedirectory.com
- Details: The client will receive a password reset email from this address.
2. Password Change Confirmation
- Scenario: When a client’s password has been successfully changed.
- Sender Address: venuesupport@venuedirectory.com
- Details: The client will receive a confirmation email stating that their password has been changed.
3. MFA Code Email
- Scenario: When a client is prompted for multi-factor authentication (MFA) during login.
- Sender Address: noreply@venuedirectory.com
- Details: The client will receive the MFA code from this address.
