Weekly checks will need to be done to ensure that all new sales have been actioned and processed correctly. 

 

These checks will then need to be recorded in the Sub Form Checks Tracker - Sub Form Checks Tracker

 

On this sheet you will record;

  • The date that the sub form is being checked
  • The venue name
  • Missing Information
  • Who the sub form was processed by

 

To find any sub forms that need to be checked you will need to search in Freshdesk. Firstly amend the ticket status to Closed and Types Includes to Sub Form. 

 

 

This will then provide you a list of closed tickets under the type of Sub Form that you will then be able to check. 

 

Then click on the first sub form to check and you will need to check that the following is complete using MyEventsChannel and checking the venue profile ensuring all information is recorded on the tracker;

  • General Information Tab 
    1. All sections are completed
    2. If the venue has a planned closure
  • Users
    1. Check that the subscription contact is listed and is a venue manager and has reports access
  • Images
    1. Check there are at lets 6 images in the General catergory
    2. All conference room shave images
  • Styles & Facilities 
    1. Checking that the venue has at least one style, facility, equipment & services and event type added to the venue profile
  • Conference Rooms
    1. Check to make sure all information is completed
  • Bedrooms
    1. If the venue has bedrooms, please check these have been added to the venue profile
  • Brands & Affiliations 
    1. Check that the venue is correctly branded
  • Financials
    1. Check that the venue has the correct financial details added
  • Admin Only 
    1. Check that the venue profile is active and is published to the internet and public to all agents

 

Once all checks have been made and you are up to date with the sub forms to check you will need to cross reference the Endeavour Subscription Sales Report to ensure that no sub forms have been missed.
