If you need to write off a commission claim please follow the instructions below.
- Open Claims & Invoicing > choose claim > write off claim > select cancelled from pop up box, give reason and note > click ok.
- This then writes off the claim and creates cancellation documents in the booking, you can then send the cancellation document to the venue to show no commission claim is required.
