Reconciled booking - gone to create new claim - unable to see it. Go to the booking, click save and will populate it in 'create new claim area', if this doesn’t work, check the agent tab - bill due date, if this is ahead of time it will not work (check the departure date on the event booking, if incorrect, change). Reject documents created to clean up.
