1. If you have an issue that you can't solve the first thing to do it post the issue in the client services (CS) chat room as one of your colleagues might be able to assist 
  2. The CS team will look at and discuss the issue. However, if you do not receive a response within ten minutes move straight to step 3
  3. If it's determined that none of us can fix an issue we will raise a Jira ticket and post the ticket number into this GRATIS developer chat thread. 
  4. Tag the Freshdesk ticket with the Jira ticket number and set the type to GRATIS DEV CHAT
  5. All communication with the developers from that point will be done within the Jira ticket. People can be added to the Jira ticket if required with an @and then the persons name. 
  6. In Freshdesk use the filter GRATIS DEV CHAT to check for any outstanding tickets
